Processing time

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

 

Shipping rates and delivery times

We currently ship across Europe with free tracked shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery time is 3-6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location.

 

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

 

Customs, duties and taxes

UprightDesk is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order within the European Union. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

UprightDesk is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact us at prod.capush@gmail.com with photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue.
